Who feels like crying today… or yesterday, or the day before? This full moon energy is a very feminine and emotional one. Quite a few of my client’s, indeed myself, have very much been caught up in the energy of emotions. The emotions can swing from sadness to anger, and often without knowing or understanding where the emotions, or a strong reaction to a situation, even comes from. So, we assign the emotions to a situation that it may not even be afforded to.
Yes my friends, I too have been caught up in the emotional energy flow of this month’s Full Snow Moon. So, I understand what you are experiencing and feeling, on a personal level.
When we are emphatic or very aligned in our tuning in to the Universal energies and flow, we will pick up on any slight imbalance in the normal flow that we are used to. Anything even remotely “off” will activate us, and we generally tend to display this through emotions.
Even though we are spiritual beings, we are all having a physical experience; and with this, also comes the emotions and feelings on the earth physical plane level.
While you may think you’re going nuts, sitting at a red light and suddenly overwhelmed with sadness and tears and not knowing where on earth any of that is coming from; just remember, this is a clear indicator and sign, that you are tuned in and are “in” the flow. So allow the emotions to run. Yes, even anger. Just be aware that you are not actually angry at anyone or a situation even, you are just “angry” and attributing it to a physical situation or person. It’s easier for us to attribute our emotions to something external, that to allow for the emotions and feelings to arrive and then flow through it. So… just go with the flow, and allow the emotions to run through you… even if that means sobbing while sitting at a red light. However, don’t unpack your bags and decide to vacation here, or worse still, move in.
You are NOT going nuts, you are just… connected.
Staying connected means to encounter everything, and allowing ourselves to acknowledge the emotions, experience them, but then… let go, and let them flow.
